Were you in school between 2002-2006 at a public middle or high school in Moore, Vance, or Person counties?

We’re looking to reconnect with you!

You could earn $50 for taking a survey.

Were you in school between 2002-2006 at a public middle or high school in Moore, Vance, or Person counties?

From 2002-2006, over 7,000 teens in North Carolina took surveys about their lives. Based on those surveys, researchers have been able to better understand the school engagement, friendships, mental health, tobacco and alcohol use, and home lives of young people.

Were you one of those teens? If you attended one of these schools between the years of 2002 and 2006, you might be! A new study seeks to connect experiences that people like you may have had as teens, with their lives now as adults. We’d love to hear how you’re doing now. Want to take the new survey about your life?

You can also refer a friend and could earn $25 if and when they take the survey.

How It Works:

Step One:

Fill out a brief questionnaire screener to find out if you’re eligible to participate in the study.

Step Two:

If eligible, someone from the study team will reach out to you about the survey.

Step Three:

Complete the full survey (takes about 45 minutes). Receive $50 for your time.

Not eligible, but know someone who might be?

Refer a friend and get a $25 gift card when they complete the survey!
